Kindly read the policy below in its entirety before requesting any returns or exchanges.

• All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days and require a “ Return Merchandise Authorization #.”
• RMAs can be acquired by contacting: sebamed@usv.co.in
• All authorized returns after 30 days will be issued store credit only.
• Return freight charges are to be paid by customer.
• All domestic exchanges will be shipped via UPS Ground for a nominal $4.98 shipping charge
